Project Purpose
The real estate development company in Ericeira felt the need to create a naming and a brand that would represent the company’s construction quality, prestige, recognition, and aesthetic sensibility.


Achieved Goals
The name Laudway leads us along a path of recognition and distinction, a concept that served as the foundation for developing the brand’s identity. Building on this idea, the focus was on creating a logo that reflected aesthetic elegance and refined forms, combined with the superior quality of finishes so characteristic of the company’s properties.
Next, a website was developed to convey to users both the unmistakable beauty of Ericeira and the comfort and sophistication of the homes. The goal was to create a digital experience that reinforces the brand’s values and highlights the excellence present in every project.
With customer relations and communication consistency in mind, several merchandising items were also produced, including helmets and vests for site visits, pens, folders, key rings, and business cards. These complementary materials contribute to the brand’s visibility and strengthen its presence, ensuring consistent and cohesive communication.
